Managing Agent Access Rights

Users assigned a role with the View and Manage Agent Access permission can edit and define agent access rights.

To change access rights for a particular FlexNet Agent:

1. From the Admin tab, under Access Rights , click Agent Access.
2. On the Agent Access Rights Management page, click an agent name to display the Edit Agent Access Rights page for that agent.
3. Add or remove users by selecting the user name and clicking the appropriate arrow. Users listed in the Selected Users box are able to view information about the FlexNet Agent in the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications interface.
4. Click Save.
