Deactivating and Reactivating Roles
A role can be deactivated or reactivated manually. Users assigned a role with the View and Manage Roles permission can deactivate and reactivate roles in their own context.
To deactivate or activate an existing role:
- From the Admin tab, under Roles , click Roles .
- In the Roles table, click a role name to display the Edit Role page.
- Set the Status option to Inactive or Active.
- Click Save .
