Editing (Overriding) Product Choices

You can modify the product choices that FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications using the Edit Product Choice page. In effect, you override the product choice that FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications made, as a result of the product resolution process. When you edit a product choice, information about the override is displayed on the View Product Choice page.

To edit product choices:

1. From the Planner tab, under Product Choices , click Product Choices .
2. Click the name link for the product choice (in the Possible Products column) for which you want to view details. This displays the View Product Choice page.
3. In the Product Choice Override section, click Edit Product Override . This displays the Edit Product Choice page.
4. From the Product Choice Override menu, select the product that you want.
5. Optionally, in the Notes section, provide any relevant notes.
6. Click Save .
