Adding Software Vendor Contacts
To help you better manage your relationship with software vendors, you can define contact information for various personnel within the software vendor’s company. For example, you might add contact information for the sales and support representatives who service your account.
note
If you delete a software vendor, the contact information for that software vendor is also deleted.
To add a software vendor contact:
- From the Planner tab, under Software Vendors , click Software Vendors .
- Click the name of the software vendor for which you want to add contact information. This displays the View Software Vendor page.
- In the bottom half of the page, click the Contacts tab, then click
New Contact
to display the Add Vendor Contact page. - Provide a unique contact name, then complete as many of the remaining settings as you need.
- Click
Save
