Web Browsers

Connect to FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications using the latest version of one of the following supported Web browsers:

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox

• Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • Ensure that Microsoft Internet Explorer is not configured to display FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications in compatibility view. To check this:

1. From within the browser window, click Tools, then click Compatibility View settings .
2. In the Compatibility View Settings dialog, ensure that the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications Admin website is not listed in the Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View box.
3. Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View check box.
4. Click Close .
