Deleting Users

You can delete a user using the Edit User page. You cannot delete the default admin user (System Administrator).

To delete a user:

  1. From the Admin tab, under Users , click Show Users to display the** ** Users page.
  2. In the Users table, click the user name link for the user you want to delete. This displays the Edit User page.
  3. Click Delete .

In order to delete users associated with user-created report configurations, agent access rights, license server admin set, and/or alerts subscribed, you must first remove the relevant user associations listed below. Failure to remove user associations prior to deleting users will prompt an “Unable to delete the user due to constraint violation” error.
